Handstand Workshop: Absolute Beginners

About the Event
Goals: Improve technique against the wall. Get comfortable with wrists exercises and handstand progressions. Introduce balance through the hands. Explain handstand progressions. Learn to fall forward and cartwheel out of chest to wall handstands. Build up training volume and work capacity. Work towards freestanding handstands.
The workshop is limited to 12-13 participants, for enhanced learning. Coaches: Max (handbalancer), Danny (gymnast) & Bogy (sidekick).
Note: If you are already more experienced with hand-balancing, and you have a minimum experience of 30 seconds wall handstand & 10 seconds freestanding, please register for the ''Beginner to Novice'' workshop.
