My name is Susann Knobloch and I guide companies on their growth journey. I do this by training and consulting leadership and commercial staff on how to win and keep customers by combining a personal, engaging way with modern, digital tools creating a customer experience that makes all the difference.
I start with a scan of your existing procedures and help you to find the best suited way of working digitally considering your company´s needs and resources. I also accompany you whilst implementation and make sure your staff feels confident in using new tools, removing possible obstacles and helping them to see how valuable these tools are to perform even better!
My motivation is to guide people to get the best out of themselves, for the business and for their clients, delivering a first class customer experience.
I bring 15 years of hands on experience in management, sales and customer experience from around the globe, am certified in Agile Project Management and Scrum and a people person with strong leadership skills.
Originally from Germany, I had the chance to live and work also in Australia, France, Spain and the Netherlands and worked with teams and clients from all over the world. This way I developed a strong intercultural mindset and ability to adapt to a very diverse range of clients, engaging with them based on their individual journey. I am customer obsessed and in whatever I do, aim to deliver the best possible customer experience in whatever area it may be.
One of them is digital sales. I provide custom made training and consulting via my organization SK- Talk the Tall & Walk the Walk, in German, English, Spanish, French and Dutch and would be happy to work with you anywhere around the world!
